Our yoga instructors teach a variety of yoga styles, accommodating students of all experience levels.

POWER YOGA

It is characterized by containing and combining dynamic movements with demanding and fluid postures in the classes.

His techniques are based on the Vinyasa style with sequences that come from Hatha Yoga among others.

ROCKET VINYASA YOGA

Rocket Vinyasa Yoga combines strength + balance + elasticity.

It is divided into three levels:

  • Rocket I: strengthens the body (based on the first and second series of ashtanga).
  • Rocket II: based on the intermediate ashtanga series, more complicated poses and sequences.
  • Rocket III: combination of I and II

As a summary, Rocket Vinyasa is a style of dynamic Yoga based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga methodology with the aim of having fun while working on strength, flexibility and stability.

HIIT

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up.
